Introduction

The scope of work entails a comprehensive approach across five key phases.
  • Planning and Design Phase: conduct needs assessment, perform a platform audit, and develop a detailed system design while engaging stakeholders.
  • Development, Customization and Integration: Customize and operationalize a white-labeled e-commerce platform with POS functionality, integrating it into the Digital Gateway, and conducting rigorous end-to-end testing. A pilot deployment will be conducted, followed by iteration based on user feedback.
  • Deployment and Support Phase: Full platform rollout, capacity building, training, ongoing monitoring, and system maintenance.
  • Scale-up and Deployment of Advanced Features: scale up the ecommerce platform (scalability optimization) and integration of advanced features.
  • System Optimization and Handover: final platform optimization and handover of documentation to host government institutions.
