JOB DESCRIPTION
The CGIAR System Organization invites qualified executive search agencies to submit proposals for inclusion in a panel of partners to deliver high-quality executive recruitment services. The objective is to enhance CGIAR’s leadership capacity and ensure diverse, global talent pipelines aligned with CGIAR’s mission and values.
Scope: End-to-end executive search or specific components (e.g., candidate sourcing, market mapping, assessments, onboarding support).
Eligibility: Agencies with a proven track record in executive placements, especially in international, mission-driven organizations, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Agreement: Framework agreement for 12 months, extendable up to 36 months based on performance.
Deliverables: Search strategy, market mapping, candidate shortlists, assessment reports, and regular progress updates.

Intent to Submit & Questions Due: 10 October 2025
Responses to Questions: 14 October 2025
Proposal Submission Deadline: 27 October 2025, 6:00 PM CET (Paris time)
Notification of Award: 07 November 2025
