Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in education project implementation, preferably with NGOs or UN agencies.

Knowledge of the Iraqi education system and local context.

Experience in community mobilization, teacher training, and non-formal education.
-
Strong communication, coordination, and report writing skills.
-
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
