Job Description
General Description
- Under the supervision of the Project Director, the Administrative/Technology Assistant develops and implements a monitoring and scheduling tool that tracks training hours and the schedules of the resource navigators, supervisors, and senior supervisors. The Administrative/Technology Assistant also assists in setting up virtual meetings, note taking, and providing technical support and overall assistance to resource navigators and resource navigator supervisors.
Other Duties
- Responsible for assisting in creating internal workflow processes;
- Responsible for setting up a monitoring tool to track tasks, schedules, and training hours for navigators, supervisors, and senior supervisors;
- Assist in setting up meetings for virtual coordination, as well as note taking;
- Provide technical support in virtual meetings, etc.;
- Other: Related responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
- High School degree required
- 1 year of experience in project management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations
- Ability to work remotely/virtually
- Strong computer skills required, specifically: proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
