Administrative, Finance and HR Assistant


About the position

We are looking for a motivated full or part time administrative, finance and HR assistant to join our team.

Tasks and responsibilities

The selected candidate will be fully integrated into the CBE team and will assist CBE Administrative person in several areas of activities. In particular, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:


  • Directly support management with various administrative and reporting tasks
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., creating, sending, and following up on invoices)
  • Various related administrative and support tasks as required
  • Follow-up on contracts and other official documents
  • Coordinate signatures process of legal documentation
  • Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information
  • Ensure completeness of supporting documentations for payment.


  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Manage outgoing and incoming post
  • Assist with governance and budgetary meetings
  • Managing office equipment & supplies, including placing order as needed.


  • Maintaining HR holidays planning.


Candidate requirements:

  • Languages: Italian (excellent), French (excellent), English (desirable)
  • Prior experience in similar position is a plus
  • Motivated, proactive and autonomous
  • Well organized and focused on details.
