Overview of position
To receive beneficiaries’ suggestions & complaints.
Organize the process of receiving all beneficiaries feedback during distribution.
Recording & document all suggestions & complaints.
Implement WFP guidelines on beneficiaries’ complains & feedback.
Support distribution team in providing feedback to beneficiaries for those issues that have been guided on.
Provide additional Info for some key cases as per WFP team request.
Provide basic training for any new team members.
This role reports to the Project Manager.
Effective communication skills.
The ability to move & deal with beneficiaries effectively.
This role has no team management responsibility.
