Corporate Recruiter

4 Corner Resources is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to fill a contract opening with one of our healthcare clients located in Orlando, FL

This is an amazing opportunity for a foot in the door with one of central Florida’s largest non-profit healthcare organizations!

This starts as a 6 month contract with ongoing potential to extend or convert to permanent based on performance and business need.

Requirements of the Corporate Recruiter:

• 2+ Years of talent acquisition experience
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems
• Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Utilizes multiple networking tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs and job boards
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Develops strategy to acquire talent for various departments within the company
• Uses an intake process with hiring managers and develops recruitment plan
• Sources and recruits candidates for multiple hiring managers
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system
• Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers
• Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives

Corporate Recruiter Pay:

• $25-34 per hour based on experience

Hours:

• M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
