DRS (DevelopmentAid Recruitment Solutions) is looking for a Framework Contract Manager whowill work in the Framework Contracts Unit managing Lot 5, Lot 12 and Lot 13.

Title of the role: Framework Contract Manager

Supervisor: Team Coordinator

Type of Work: Hybrid working position

Schedule: 2 days at home and 3 in the office. If the candidate lives far away or abroad we will consider one

week’s presence every two months as needed

Starting date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire process involved in responding to Request for Services, which includes tasks such as CV search, assessment and selection of experts, negotiation of conditions, and preparation of CVs for submission.
  • Drafting sections of the technical proposal, coupled with the adept management of inputs from technical experts to ensure the creation of a cohesive and compelling final offer.
  • Engaging actively with consortium partners, fostering effective communication, and ensuring collaborative efforts align with project objectives.
  • To a minor extent, overseeing the technical and financial implementation of specific contracts, including supervision of the team in the field, development of work plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of outputs.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Education: University degree in a thematic area relevant to international cooperation.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Framework Contracts Unit/Team, specifically in alignment with the SIEA 2018 framework.
  • Proven track record in efficiently handling the end-to-end process of responding to Request for Services, encompassing tasks such as CV search, expert selection, negotiation of conditions, and meticulous preparation of CVs for submission.
  • Experience in crafting sections of technical proposals, coupled with the ability to effectively manage inputs from technical experts, ensuring a comprehensive and compelling final offer.
  • Demonstrated capability in engaging and collaborating with consortium partners, showcasing effective communication and coordination skills in a collaborative setting.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of Italian (preferably native), English and French.
