What You Will Bring
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior management position
- Experienced in working in complex and volatile contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in resource and cost allocation.
- Experience in market analysis and cash-based interventions.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English.
- Proven track record to lead and deliver on strategic projects.
- Experience in change management processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the context in Iraq.
- Knowledge of Arabic and Kurdish would be an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on current key issues and concerns in collaboration with Country Management Group.
What We Offer
- Erbil, Iraq duty station.
- Until 31st December (Renewable, NRC Contracts run Jan- Dec yearly pending funding and performance).
- 25% travel, approximately country wide
- Senior Grade 11 in NRC’s Salary Scale. NRC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
