Duties (Summary)

The incumbent performs a wide range of duties in support of the LE Staff and Third Country National (TCN) personnel management program.  S/he handles LE Staff and TCN recruitment in coordination with Embassy Baghdad Human Resources teams, administers the performance management program for Erbil General Consulate LE Staff, and advises clients on HR policies and regulations, including the Local Compensation Plan and LE Staff/TCN Handbook

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Education

Two (2) years of general college or university studies is required

Prior Work Experience

Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources or administrative/office management field is required.

Language Required 

 

Level III  (good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking in English and Arabic are required. (This May Be tested)

 

Level IV (fluent ) Reading/Writing/Speaking in Kurdish is required. (This May Be tested)
