Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, legal , Procurement, security , or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/logistics roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (preferably in humanitarian/NGO context).
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, tendering processes, and donor compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; Kurdish is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High professional ethics, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to accountability.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and travel to project locations as required.

Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed based on operational demands
