Operations Coordinator

Our client is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to producing community programming for Cape Ann and to providing a forum for the free exchange of information and ideas. They also provide a full spectrum of creative services to support our mission.

Location: Hybrid, on location at least 3 days per week

Starts: Immediately

Status: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help manage day to day operations, including our many video productions on location and in our studio.

Working closely with the Executive Director, you’ll support our small team as well as their individual members as they make creative content for the Cape Ann community.


  • 3+ years of experience in a creative operations or office management role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Communications content experience

  • Knowledge of video production (a huge plus)

  • Social media experience (not necessarily professional, just solid familiarity/personal use)
