The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 5 – $72,372 to $79,011 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Orange

As the Personal Computing Support Officer, IT, you will provide Tier 2 support, maintenance and security of the University’s personal computing environment which consists of standards-based desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile infrastructure, as well as a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment. A smaller population of Apple Macintosh computers is also maintained for staff and student use.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience
  • Developing skills in the support of IT services in a large enterprise in Windows and Apple environments, and Audio Visual and Video Conferencing
  • Effective organisational skills with a demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service
