An opportunity has arisen, for an 8-month G5 Secondment within the Multi-Channel Contact Centre Project, any employee looking to widen their skills would be welcome to apply.
This role is to assist the Operational Project Executive, in compiling data and evidence to baseline, measure and monitor continuous improvement. It is essential that the applicant has a broad knowledge of the working processes of the University, initially within Ask 4 Help and later within Global Marketing and Business, having a grasp on the Customer Journey from enquirer through to enrolled student. Strong Excel skills are required, attention to detail and a keenness to improve operational working practices to reduce the current transactional activities and allow our customer-facing employees to focus on adding value to the customer experience.
The below are required for the role. 
•Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
•Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel
•Data reasoning to improve performance and improve productivity/efficiency
•Knowledge of CRM
This role is an opportunity to be involved in improving how customer interacts with us, from Enquirer through to Alumni
