Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Good understanding of humanitarian principles, Good communication skills including ability to gain trust and build relationships with new communities., Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, Experience in regular report writing.

 

Language Skills: High standard of spoken and written Arabic. And English is preferred.

Certificates or Licenses: N/A

 

  1. Excellent understanding of protection principles, human rights and case management
  2. B.A Degree in social work, psychology, law, or other relevant area.
  3. Approximately 2- 4 years of relevant working experience.
  4. Previous humanitarian experience preferred
  5. Experience with working with IDPs, returnees and host communities.
  6. Belief in human rights including gender equality.
  7. Experience working with people from different backgrounds.
