QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

A.     Education, Knowledge and Experience: These are skills, knowledge and experience that are important for effective performance.

  • Minimum of 2 Years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Diploma degree in management, business administration and/or Human Resources.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and resilience skills.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and adoptability for a healthy work environment
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.

 

B.     Skills:

Independent Judgment/Analytical:

  • Possession of independent Judgment/Analytical skills
  • Ability to set priorities and solve problems.
  • Solutions focused, creative problem solver.
  • Ability to adjust to difficult and sometimes insecure working circumstances.

Interpersonal:

  • Flexible, energetic, and adaptable
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and work within a team.

Language:

  • Fluency in English with excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic languages. 

Information
Technology:                       

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook email.
