Senior Program Development Manager

• University degree in International Development, Engineering , Science, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields (Master’s is an advantage).
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in program development/resource mobilization, including successful proposal writing for institutional donors.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex proposals (multi-sector and/or consortium proposals preferred).
• Strong understanding of donor compliance and proposal standards (logframes, budgets, results frameworks, due diligence requirements).
• Excellent drafting, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong asset; Kurdish is an advantage).
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple bids.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism; ability to manage sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Word and Excel required).
