We are looking for a Service Now (Product Owner Asset Manager) at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will be maintaining the list of backlog change items and prioritising them based on the overall strategy and objectives. The Service Now Product Owner is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of service assets and configuration items through an established and well maintained CMDB delivered via ServiceNow. The role will oversee all activities within the IT asset lifecycle; ensuring the value, cost and risk are all optimised for both hardware and software.

- Demonstrable experience maintaining and developing a CMDB and SAM in ServiceNow
- Skilled at configuring, maintaining, and evolving ServiceNow asset Discovery
- Experience of Process development, Verification and Validation.
- Demonstrable leadership experience within IT Asset Management.
- Ability to implement change and experience of doing so
