Overview of position

To lead field team of food baskets distribution.

Role objectives

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

  • Set clear team goals & objectives.

  • Delegate tasks & set deadlines.

  • Oversee day to day operation.

  • Monitor team performance & report on distribution quantities.

  • Motivate team members & provide support to them.

  • Explore training needs & provide coaching.

  • Listen to team members’ feedback & resolve any issues or conflicts.

  • Recognize high performance & reward accomplishments.

  • Encourage creativity & risk taking.

  • Suggest & organize team building activities.

Project reporting

This role reports to the Project Manager.

Key competencies

  • Proven work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.

  • In depth knowledge of performance metrics.

  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.

  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.

  • Organizational & time management skills.

  • Decision making skills.

  • Degree in Management or Training in Team Leading is an advantage.
