Support workshop team with having the correct tools and equipment available for effective and efficient repair with quality and correctness of repair (Right First Time) and diagnosis being of primary importance.
Support technicians where needed in repair and diagnosis.
Coach & mentor technicians to work better and more accurately and efficiently.
Suggest improvements to management better ways of running the department.
Share best practice with and from and to other STA locations.
Monitor and manage Technical Help Requests and Electronic Product Quality Reporting.
Technical Liaison between Manufacturer and Technical Team at STA in cases that are necessary.
Personally drive oneself to keep up to date with manufacturer training and knowledge also industry and competitor technologies and current methods & techniques
