Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the participation of children and adolescents in development activities planned from a shared vision with the community, for example:

Improved relationships between parents and children, the community, and other partners under the Tender Parenting approach and through the implementation of different interventions, including, but not limited to, the following interventions: 1. Celebrating as a Family 2. Circles of Tenderness 3. Empowered Biblical Vision.

Children, adolescents, and young people impacted through the Program’s Integrated Ministry (Development – HEA – Advocacy), which contributes to our vision of promoting childhood to its fullest potential. Actions impacting children may include, but are not limited to: 1. Scope of more strategic actions from the Technical Programs (CPA Clubs, Cahs up, and Wahs up). 2. Leading the implementation of complementary project actions or other initiatives. 3. Emergency Response Actions and Projects (HEA). 4. Local, national, CA4 block, regional, and global campaigns. 5. GIK management in the territory and Program.
