MTT Deputy Team Leader

Required qualifications:

Must have

• Completed Demining/Battle Area Clearance (BAC) course 
• Completed Non-Technical Survey (NTS) training course  

Desirable

•  Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Level 2 certification 
•  Team Leader training course

Experience:

Must have:

• .Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Deminer, Searcher, or Surveyor
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader
•   Minimum of 1 year of experience in Non-Technical Survey (NTS) 

Desirable:

• Residency or origin from ThiQar Province ​

Other qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Arabic (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
• Willingness and ability to travel within the country as required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
