Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic university or institute with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, or:
- Completed high school diploma degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience working with persons with visual impairments or disabilities is required.
- Proficiency with screen readers, magnification software, and accessibility features in operating systems and Microsoft Office is required.
- Familiarity with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) digital portals and platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with administrative and logistical processes in the international organization for migration (IOM) is preferred.
- Training or knowledge in orientation and mobility (O&M) techniques is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Respectful, patient, and adaptable to changing needs.
- Commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
Languages:
- Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is required.
