Introduction

Uganda would like procure services for Drilling of Monitoring Wells for the Kagera Transboundary Aquifer in Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda in 4 lots 
  • Lot 1: Drilling 5 boreholes in Burundi part of Kagera Aquifer
  • Lot 2: Drilling 5 boreholes in Rwanda part of Rwanda Aquifer
  • Lot 3: Drilling 5 boreholes in Tanzania part of Kagera Aquifer
  • Lot 4: Drilling 5 boreholes in Uganda part of Kagera Aquifer 
Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
