Introduction
UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for an international universities/ international educational firms/organizations to deliver an advanced training program for Viet Nam National Assemply Officials on gender responsive training methodologies and key thematic areas for elected representatives including digitalization and just energy transition.
The advanced training programme aims to strengthen the capacity of National Assembly officials in designing and delivering participatory capacity-building programmes for elected representatives that promote inclusivity and gender awareness. The training will focus on key thematic areas, including digitalization, governance, and the just energy transition, in preparation for the next legislative term.
Specific objectives of the training programme are as follows:
– Enhance the technical capacity of National Assembly officials in training pedagogy, with an emphasis on cutting-edge, gender-responsive methodologies, as well as participatory and interactive training approaches.
-Strengthen thematic expertise among National Assembly officials in the areas of just energy transition and digitalization, with a particular focus on addressing intersectional vulnerabilities faced by women and other groups that may be disproportionately affected.
