Context

This assignment is part of a general review of the skills and capacities of ONUHABITAT staff for greater organizational efficiency.

Task Description

Under the direct supervision of the Head of UN-HABITAT DRC office, the online volunteer will: • Evaluate the performance of UN-Habitat staff in Central Africa in order to propose a capacity building plan: • Employee’s strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement • Identifying opportunities for development, • Support the implementation of a summary initiation guide for new staff. • Analysis of HR procedures related to hiring, selection, and onboarding. • Evaluation of satisfaction, motivation, and retention measures. • Verification of consistency between the HR strategy and the overall strategy.
