Criteria
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
– Advanced degree in governance, development studies, public administration, or relevant field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience delivering accountability or governance training in Iraq.
– Demonstrated understanding of complaint/feedback systems, DCA structures, and inclusive governance.
– Strong communication and facilitation skills in both Arabic and English.
– Proven capacity to deliver high-quality reports and practical tools.
