Creation and development of a low-fidelity prototype |
Development of a tangible low-fidelity prototype representing a digital platform for tourism products and experiences, adapted to the technological and sociocultural context of Maceió’s peripheral communities. Note: The prototype must be field-tested with end users (entrepreneurs and tourists), based on structured feedback, ensuring its functionality, appeal, and relevance to the local context. |
Integration of simplified artificial intelligence with whatsapp |
Implementation of a simplified AI solution integrated into WhatsApp to facilitate communication with tourists and direct them to the prototype. |

Pilot actions for prototype validation

The solution must simulate a service journey, managed by the company, capable of absorbing feedback and guiding future development cycles. |

Assisted support via whatsapp for feedback collection
|
Deployment of an assisted WhatsApp support channel for feedback collection. Note: the data collected will be used to guide future improvements to the platform and training processes. |

Production of audiovisual content (videos, photos) and textual content (engaging descriptions) for the products. |
