Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in peacebuilding, gender studies, climate change, political science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilitating training related to conflict prevention, gender equality, or climate resilience.

Proven experience working with women-led groups, civil society, and/or grassroots initiatives.

Familiarity with the socio-political and environmental context of Iraq, particularly Basra and Nineveh.

Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Arabic (required); working knowledge of English is an asset.
