SECTION 1 : LETTRE D’INVITATION

Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement ci-après dénommé PNUD invite par la présente les soumissionnaires potentiels à présenter une offre pour la sélection par accord cadre d’UN cabinet pour la formation de son personnel en Anglais conformément au Termes de référence et au programme des exigences tels qu’ils figurent dans la présente demande de propositions.

L’accord à long terme est d’une durée initiale de deux ans, renouvelable pour une période maximale de trois ans, sous réserve de performances satisfaisantes.
