· Expected Outcomes from the community-level workshops:
By the end of the workshops, participants will:
· Have a clear vision for their role in gender-sensitive climate action.
· Gain practical tools for inclusive decision-making and leadership in resource management.
· Strengthen their networks, fostering collaboration among women and youth in climate initiatives.
Expected Outcomes from the ToT Session:
By the end of the training, participants will
- Have good understanding of the basic and standard GALS tools.
Have the ability and required tools and materials to facilitate the community-level workshops
