Qualifications & Preferred Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in peace and conflict studies, social sciences, education, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation, community engagement, or peacebuilding.
– Strong understanding of participatory training methodologies and adult learning principles.
– Experience working with youth, women, and civil society organizations.
– Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
– Fluency in Arabic and/or Kurdish; English is an asset.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data collection tools.
– Commitment to gender equality, inclusion, and conflict sensitivity.
