description of the Assignment:  

The IEC Steering Committee Retreat Consultant assignment is part of the Inclusive Lesotho Election Cycle Support Project, aimed at strengthening the IEC’s capacity to manage elections effectively. Due to challenges such as unclear roles and weak governance within the Steering Committee, the consultant will facilitate a strategic retreat to support implementation of the IEC’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. This includes reviewing key documents, leading strategic discussions, and producing a retreat outcome report to guide modernization efforts and improve coordination, governance, and strategic execution.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
