Synopsis

GEF is seeking proposals for the procurement of comprehensive event services for a Cultural Night in Kasane, Botswana. The event aims to celebrate local heritage through an authentic experience, featuring a suitable venue, traditional Batswana cuisine, cultural décor, a professional PA system, and traditional dance performances. Vendors are invited to provide integrated solutions prioritizing local Kasane/Chobe providers to ensure cultural authenticity and community engagement. Proposals should detail services, costs, and availability for a seamless event setup accommodating approximately 150 guests.
