Lead strategy across performance marketing – create briefs that drive impact

As Manager, Growth Creative Strategy, you’ll transform business objectives into clear, actionable creative direction. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and our in-house Studio to align on priorities and translate them into high-impact campaigns. Whether you’re shaping launch strategies, mapping content across the funnel, or briefing the team on an evergreen refresh, your job is to bring clarity, consistency, and direction that elevates both the work and the results. You’ll play a key role in raising the creative bar, helping Loop stand out in a crowded DTC space.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Create and evolve campaign strategies that balance performance with long-term brand building;
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Growth, and Creative to stay aligned and agile;
  • Review creative output with a sharp eye on both effectiveness and brand consistency;
  • Write creative briefs that cut through the noise and set the team up for executional success;
  • Stay ahead of digital, content, and cultural trends to inspire relevant and fresh creative ideas.

How you’ll succeed as a Growth Creative Strategy Manager

You’ll bring a balance of strategic focus and creative instinct. You think in frameworks, but speak like a human. You’re comfortable being the voice of clarity in cross-functional teams, giving direction that sharpens ideas instead of softening them. You know what good looks like—and how to get there without slowing the team down. Most of all, you care about outcomes and craft in equal measure.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 6–8 years of experience in creative strategy or production with a performance/growth marketing focus, with at least 2 years managing creative teams or complex cross-functional campaigns;
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics in a fast-scaling DTC or consumer brand environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when briefing and aligning teams;
  • Analytical mindset and experience iterating based on creative performance data.
