- at least 2 years of experience in management position with NGOs, better if in protection field;
- training on protection and CP topics is a good assets;
- knowledge of the main administrative and procurement regulations;
- good communication skills;
- previous experience in managing a team;
- fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken);
