Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in MHPSS, with a specific focus on Trauma-Informed Care.
- Sector Experience: Proven track record with International or Local NGOs working with returnees, IDPs, or protection projects.
- Language Skills: Ability to develop high-level training manuals in professional Arabic is mandatory.
Deliverables & Payment Terms
Payments will be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) upon approval of the following milestones:
- Inception Phase: Draft Manual + Training Agenda + Toolkit (10 days prior to training).
- Implementation: Successful completion of the 4-day training in Sulaymaniyah.
- Finalization: Final Manual (Ready for Print) + Final Report (1 week post-training).
(Note: Travel, accommodation, and meals for the consultant are fully covered by the organization and should not be included in the financial proposal).
