Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Degree: Master’s or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, or Psychological Counseling.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in clinical work and training.
- Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of mhGAP, PM+, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programs.
- Skills: Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts to suit social workers who are not medically specialized.
