STUDIES REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced degree in Agriculture, Post-Harvest Technology, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of practical experience in post-harvest handling, storage, processing, and loss reduction.
- Proven experience in training farmers, cooperatives, or agricultural stakeholders using participatory methods.
- Strong technical knowledge of post-harvest loss reduction, storage technologies, food safety, and quality control.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to adapt training to local contexts.
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish.
- Experience with development or food-security projects and willingness to travel to field locations.
