Introduction

 Objectives of the assignment

The Objective of this consultancy is to provide technical expertise to the Ministry of Health of South Sudan to complete the analysis, reporting, and dissemination of the 2024 Biobehavioral Survey (BBS) data among Female Sex Workers in Juba, Rumbek, and Nimule. The consultancy aims to generate high-quality, timely, and actionable evidence on HIV prevalence, risk behaviors, and the treatment cascade to inform national HIV programming, policy decisions, and strategic planning for Key and Vulnerable Populations, and to support evidence-based interventions funded by PEPFAR, the Global Fund, and other partners.
