                                                                                  Hỗ trợ các khu bảo tồn cộng đồng (ICCA) tại Việt Nam

Chương trình Phát triển Liên Hợp Quốc, Chương trình tài trợ các dự án nhỏ của Quỹ Môi trường toàn cầu (UNDP/GEF SGP) kêu gọi các tổ chức phi chính phủ và các tổ chức quần chúng của Việt Nam đề xuất các ý tưởng dự án. Các đề xuất nhằm hỗ trợ sáng kiến ​​cộng đồng phù hợp với các mục tiêu và kết quả 30×30 của Khung Đa dạng Sinh học Toàn cầu Côn Minh-Montreal (GBF), bao gồm các ưu tiên gắn với bảo vệ tri thức truyền thống, cộng đồng dân tộc thiểu số, cộng đồng địa phương và phụ nữ.
Các lĩnh vực ưu tiên bao gồm:

• Triển khai các hành động và mô hình trình diễn dựa vào cộng đồng về quản lý bền vững các khu bảo tồn cộng đồng nhằm bảo vệ hệ sinh thái, phát triển sinh kế bền vững và giảm nghèo.
• Thúc đẩy xây dựng và công nhận các khu bảo tồn cộng đồng
• Hỗ trợ tăng cường hiệu quả bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học, sinh kế bền vững và khả năng chống chịu với biến đổi khí hậu ở các khu bảo tồn cộng đồng thông qua việc nâng cao năng lực của các bên tham gia, góp phần đạt được các Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững của Liên Hợp Quốc và Khung Đa dạng Sinh học Toàn cầu

                                   The Indigenous and Community Conserved Areas Global Support Initiative (phase 2) ICCA GSI Phase 2

The Global Environment Facility’s Small Grants Programme, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP/GEF SGP), announces a Call for Concept Papers to award small grants to local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs). These grants will support community initiatives in line with the 30×30 objectives and outcomes of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), including cross-cutting priorities pertaining to the protection of traditional knowledge, ethnic minorities, local communities, and women

Thematic Focus:

• Community-based action and demonstration on sound ICCA stewardship for the purposes of ecosystem protection, sustainable livelihoods and poverty reduction.
• Legal, Policy and other forms of support for ICCA recognition and conservation  
• Improved recognition, support, and overall effectiveness for biodiversity conservation, sustainable livelihoods and resilience to climate change, for territories and areas conserved by indigenous peoples and local communities (ICCAs), through enhanced capacities of all engaged parties, contributing to the achievement of the UN SDGs and Global Biodiversity Framework
