Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Required qualifications:
-
Successful completion of the NPA Enhanced Manual Mine Clearance (EMMC) Course.
-
Successful completion of the NPA EMMC Team Leader Course.
Education:
Required:
-
A minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional relevant higher education is considered an asset.
-
Proficiency in computer usage and demonstrated experience with MS Office applications are essential.
Preferred:
-
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
-
Completion of BAC course.
-
Completion of LLD Course.
-
Basic Drone Operator (Internal NPA Qualification).
-
NPA EOD II (Theory) certification.
-
Thorough understanding of land release principles.
-
Possession of a valid driving licence with hands-on experience in both manual and automatic vehicles.
Experience:
Required:
-
12+ months of operational NPA experience.
Preferred:
-
QM searcher experience.

The Quality Management Team Leader is expected to comply with the policies and code of conduct established by Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), and to represent the organization with integrity and responsibility.

The position requires a demonstrated willingness and capability to travel domestically as necessary.

Adherence to NPA’s confidentiality protocols is always mandatory.

A strong geographical understanding of the operational areas is essential.
