Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- A University degree in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Admin, HR or Center manager within an NGO.
- Experience working in PSS activities, tracking activities and managing PSS and activities schedule.
- Strong belief in human rights and gender equality.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to gain trust and build relationships with team members and clients.
- Strong computer skills.
- High standard of spoken and written English, Arabic and Kurdish.
- Ability to work in a stressful setting and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Strong communication skills.
