MEAL Manager

Qualifications and Experience 

• University degree (Master’s preferred) in social sciences, development studies, evaluation, data science, or a related field. 

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible MEAL experience, including team management. 

• Strong knowledge of donor MEAL requirements (EU, ECHO, BMZ, BHA, etc.). 

• Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative methods, data management, and learning facilitation. 

• Proven experience working with local partners and building MEAL capacity. 

Skills and Competencies 

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills 

• Ability to work at both strategic and technical levels 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills 

• Strong leadership and people management abilities 

• High integrity and commitment to CARE values
