Introduction
Name of Service: RFP_001_2026_National Firm to Provide Outdoor Advertisement Services, Multi-Media Outreach for Nationwide Campaign.
Vendor Responsibilities
The service provider will be responsible for delivering the following components:
Billboard Rental
· The proposal of billboard locations to the client, and the rental of two billboard spaces with client approval for between 30-45 days.
· The costs of billboard rental should include the base rental fee; vinyl printing and installation; maintenance where required as well as costs related to spotlights; removal; and relevant advertising authorisations.
LED Screen Advertising
· The proposal of LED screen advertising locations to the client, and the rental of one LED with client approval for at least two minutes per day for 60 days.
· The costs of LED screen rental should include the base rental fees; the broadcasting of messaging for at least two minutes per day; maintenance where required; and relevant advertising authorisations.
Street Banners
· The proposal of street banner locations to the client, and the rental of six spaces with client approval for 14 days.
· The costs of street banners should include the base rental fee; vinyl printing and installation of banner; maintenance where required; removal; and relevant advertising authorisations.
Printing of Promotional Materials
· The production and delivery of at least 300 one-sided A3 posters and 4,000 double-sided A5 flyers, adhering to client specifications.
· The production and delivery of at least 5,000 adhesive stickers, adhering to client specifications.
Digital & Media Outreach
· The placement and management of five advertisements on social-media platforms, such as Facebook and TikTok, as well as three social-media posts via key social-media players, identified by the vendor,
· The procurement of thrice daily slots, the coordination of slot scheduling, and broadcast of radio advertisements about the CFS on 6 radio stations, including in Lao, Hmong, and Khmu languages, for 60 days, covering at least five provinces
General Requirements
· Quality assurance and timely delivery of all advertising materials
· Obtainment of all required government permits and approvals
· Regular reporting and submission of evidence of communication efforts
