Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of primary healthcare, NCDs, and mental health/MHPSS
- Proven experience leading and supervising multidisciplinary medical and MH teams.
- Good understanding of WHO guidelines, MoH protocols, and humanitarian health standards.
- Experience in project planning, monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance.
- Ability to manage medical data, documentation, and confidentiality.
- Experience in pharmacy and medical supply coordination is an asset.
- Strong coordination, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and/or Kurdish is an advantage.
