PHARMACY SUPERVISOR مشرف الصيدلية

Specific requirements for the role:		المتطلبات المحددة لهذا الدور:
Education:  التعليم	–      Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, with a valid professional license		–       شهادة جامعية في الصيدلة مع ترخيص مزاولة المهنة ساري المفعول.
Experience: الخبرة	–      Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy management or medical stock management, preferably in a hospital setting or with an NGO/humanitarian organization.		–       خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة الصيدليات أو إدارة المخزون الطبي، ويفضل أن تكون في مستشفى أو مع منظمة غير حكومية/إنسانية.
Skills & Knowledge: المهارات والمعرفة:	–      Good knowledge of pharmacy practice and medical stock management. –      Experience using stock management systems (e.g. Isystock or similar tools). –      Demonstrated experience in supervising staff, including workforce planning, training, performance evaluation, and team development. –      Experience in data analysis, consumption monitoring, forecasting, and reporting –      Familiarity with medical protocols and international guidelines; prior experience with MSF or similar organizations is an asset.		–       إلمام جيد بممارسات الصيدلة وإدارة المخزون الطبي. –       – خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون (مثل Isystock أو أدوات مشابهة). –       خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على الموظفين، بما في ذلك تخطيط القوى العاملة، والتدريب، وتقييم الأداء، وتطوير الفريق. –       خبرة في تحليل البيانات، ومراقبة الاستهلاك، والتنبؤ، وإعداد التقارير –        – الإلمام بالبروتوكولات الطبية والإرشادات الدولية؛ وتُعدّ الخبرة السابقة مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو منظمات مماثلة ميزة إضافية.
