Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Education and Professional Experience required: • University degree in Psychology • 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience with a minimum 2 years of experience in MHPSS programs • Good connections with local health authorities or groups of interest for the ICRC • Experience in training, capacity building of community, and clinical supervision • Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability, able to work overtime when needed • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a proactive way • Highly developed analytical, planning, writing, communication and organizing skills • Fluent command of English and Arabic required • Clinical license to practice in his/her own country (if applicable) • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience)
