Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in development studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-partner consortia.
- Strong knowledge of donor compliance (KfW/BMZ, NRC).
- Experience in governance, peacebuilding, or social cohesion programming.
- Strong financial oversight and procurement compliance knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Kurdish required, Arabic desirable.
