Introduction

UNDP is looking for a company for ITB.2026.001 – Long Term Agreement for Printing Services. UNDP Mongolia, as a lead Agency and on behalf of the participating UN Agencies in Mongolia, is undertaking a solicitation of bid proposal from printing service providers who are interested to provide various printing services regularly required by the UN Agencies.

The LTA duration shall be for initial period of two (2) years and renewable for additional one (1) year, upon satisfactory evaluation of performance. The estimated date of LTA commencement is by the end of April 2026.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
